Digital downloads

If content is missing, faulty or materially different from its description, contact [support email]. We will provide the correction, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable law. Please report problems promptly; no 14-day reporting limit restricts statutory rights.

EU and UK customers

EU/UK consumers generally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. For immediately supplied digital content, this right ends only when supply begins after your express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose that right, with the required contract confirmation.

For services started during the withdrawal period at your express request, withdrawal may require payment proportionate to services supplied, where legally permitted. Starting a service alone does not eliminate the withdrawal right.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to [email/postal address] or use [applicable withdrawal function]. The model cancellation form is optional. Required withdrawal refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without cost. Statutory rights for faulty content or services remain unaffected.

Membership

You can cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months, except where required by law or where the service was faulty.

How refunds work

We initiate approved refunds promptly and within applicable legal deadlines, to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take approximately 5–10 business days to display the credit. Access to refunded products ends when the refund is issued.

Stablecoin payments

USDC payments are processed through Stripe, and prices are stated in USD. Delivery follows Stripe's confirmation of successful payment. We process eligible refunds through Stripe, which returns stablecoins to the original paying wallet. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Bitcoin payments

Bitcoin is available for one-time purchases only; memberships require a card. Prices and applicable taxes are denominated in USD. Pay the exact BTC amount on the displayed network before the invoice expires; your wallet may charge network fees. Delivery follows payment confirmation. Late, partial, excess, or unsupported payments require review. Eligible refunds equal the original refundable USD amount, converted to BTC at [exchange-rate source] when processed, and sent to a destination you verify. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
